MYM - Miss You Miami

En enero de 1997 Espacio Mínimo participaba por primera vez en una feria de arte en Miami Beach,  The  Gramercy International Contemporary Art Fair, en el Hotel Raleig. Desde entonces, con contadas excepciones, hemos visitado Miami, los primeros años en enero y a partir de 2001 en diciembre, participando en 17 ferias. En estos años hemos sido testigos de como el arte iba transformando la ciudad al tiempo que la ciudad nos iba cambiando a nosotros y nuestra apreciación de ella sin apenas darnos cuenta, hasta el punto de extrañarla enormemente este diciembre que no la podemos visitar. Por eso, aunque sea de forma virtual, queremos participar con nuestro proyecto en esta atípica Miami Art Week.

Miss you Miami, see you son!

In January 1997, Espacio Minimo participated for the first time in an art fair in Miami Beach, The Gramercy International Contemporary Art Fair, at the Raleig Hotel. Since then, with few exceptions, we have visited Miami, the first years in January and from 2001 in December, participating in 17 fairs. In these years we have witnessed how art was transforming the city while the city was changing us and our appreciation of it without hardly realizing it, to the point of greatly missing it this December that we cannot visit it. Therefore, even in a virtual way, we want to participate with our project in this atypical Miami Art Week.
